LOW LIGHT ROOM CLEARING TACTICS

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Trigger Burst Training Center

3537 Old Conejo Road

Newbury Park, CA  91320

Objective:  To provide instruction and practice in searching, movement, and fighting within darkened structures, as well as navigating in low-light environments and on unfamiliar structural terrain.  With application to home defense, workplace violence, active shooter, and strategic level terror scenarios, this course will combine classroom instruction and practical exercises inside of a specially designed training facility.  Students will operate with hand-held flashlights, weapon mounted tactical lights and in ambient light alone, unaided by artificial white light. Instructors will emphasize proven room clearing techniques and proper gun handling skills, utilizing provided marking cartridge pistols and inert training weapons. This is a stand-alone course with no prerequisite training, however the material covered will overlap in part with our Low-Light Gunfighting Techniques, Building Search & Room Clearing, and Active Shooter Armed Response class offerings. We highly recommend this training for concealed carry permit holders, LE officers, and civilians preparing for defense of home and family.
